    January 14th

    On January 14th, in Málaga, Spain—the seat of Russia’s Kapo Group’s European headquarters, Dianhong Group signed a joint venture agreement with Kappo Group to establish the “Dianhong Sino-Europe Tea Company”.

    March 8th

    On March 8th, Dianhong Group once again welcomed guests of the Russian Kapo Group for a 5-days visit, following the cooperation memorandum signed between Dianhong Group and Kapo Group on January 14.

    June 12th

    On June 12th, at the invitation of Queen Elizabeth II’s 90th birthday, Mr. Wang Tianquan, the chairman and president of Dianhong Group, celebrated this event with 12,000 charity workers and members of the public and royal families from more than 600 charitable organisations from around the world at Buckingham Palace in the UK.

    June 13th

    On June 13th, the 7th China-Europe Entrepreneurs Summit was held in London. The summit aims to show the world a brand-new image of Chinese entrepreneurs and promote China-EU business cooperation and entrepreneurship internationalization upgrade under the national “One Belt, One Road” strategy. Mr. Wang Tianquan, the chairman and president of Dianhong Group, was invited to attend this summit.

    May 28th to June 1st

    From May 28th to June 1st, Mr. Alexander Potemkin, the chairman and president of Kapo Group and his team memebers were invited to conduct a business trip to Dianhong Group. Mr. Wang Tianquan, the chairman and president of Dianhong Group, warmly received them and accompanied the visit.

    June 27th

    On June 27th, at the invitation of the Kaunas Free Trade Commission of the Republic of Lithuania, Mr. Wang Tianquan, the chairman and president of Dianhong Group, and Mr. Zhang Xinzhong, the CEO, visited Vilnius, the capital city of Lithuanian.

    August 9th to September 7th

    From August 9th to September 7th,  Kopa Group sent four trainees to Dianhong Group for a one-month tea knowledge learning training.

    October 18th

    2016 • China Lincang (Fengqing) Black Tea Festival Investment Promotion and Projects Signing Roadshow was held on the afternoon of October 18 at Fengqing County Convention and Exhibition Center. Mr. Wang Tianquan, the chairman and president of Dianhong Group signed the cooperation framework agreement with representatives from Atlantic Duty-free Closed Stock Co., Ltd., Payson Closed Co., Ltd., and Mazar Trade Co., Ltd.

    March 4th

    On March 4, Prince William of Cambridge, England, visited Yunnan. Dianhong black tea was once again presented as a national gift to Prince William.

    March 5th

    On March 5th, Manuja Peiris, Executive Chairman of the International Tea Council, visited the Beijing Marketing Center of Dianhong Group to discuss the development status of the international tea industry and the future international development strategy of the Dianhong Group together with Zhang Xinzhong, the senior consultant of Dianhong Group.

    2015

    In 2015, Dianhong Group's products became the gift tea of the International Liaison Department of China. Dianhong Group received a letter from the Concierge Bureau of the International Liaison Department requesting  Dianhong to assist in the preparation of value-added gift tea. The customized tea will be used as the gift for the important foreign affairs activities of the International Liaison Department to promote the Chinese tea culture also the Yunnan black tea culture.

    November 8 to 10

    On the morning of November 9th, the CEO of Russia's Dubna Municipality his deputy chief executive officer visited Dianhong Group. The deputy secretary general of the People’s Government of Lincang City, Zuo Jinxiang and the deputy secretary of the CPC Fengqing County, Zhang Yu and othe leaders accompanied the visit.  Mr. Wang Tianquan, chairman and president of Dianhong Group, accompanied the foreign guests to visit and introduced the development history and current status of Dianhong.

    November 9th

    December 18th

    On the evening of December 18, the night of the Dianhong House of Parliament and the promotion of the Black Tea Industry in Lincang City of Yunnan Province were grandly opened in the Churchill Ballroom of the Parliament House in London, United Kingdom.

    December 19th

    On December 19th, the new starting point of Chinese tea culture, “Impression Chinese Dianhong Culture Teahouse” was officially opened in London, United Kingdom.

    2013

    The “Mansion of China Red” of the Dianhong Group was awarded the “Dianho g Group • Special Offer for the Royal Family” China-UK Friendship Tea Garden.

    2012

    800 hectares of tea gardens in Dianhong Group passed the Rainforest Alliance certification.

    2004

    In 2001, 734 hectares of tea plantation was certified by IMO, which achieved a breakthrough in the Dianhong's organic tea garden construction and opened a new page for organic tea production. Over the past few years, 1,333 hectares have been certified in the 2,047 hectares of its own tea plantation, laying a solid foundation for the company's large-scale development of market-worthy organic tea products.

    2003

    Dianhong Group actively develops domestic and foreign markets in this year. The sales network construction to the end of the year has been built to the size of owning 14 specialty stores and logistics distribution centers. The company actively participates in various international trade fairs, conducted market research on Russia, Myanmar and other countries and decided to open a sales branch in Vladivostok, Russia. The branch company was registered at the end of December 2003 and was put into operation in May 2004.

    2002

    Dianhong Group submitted an organic certification application to the Swiss Institute of Ecology. And successfully obtained the international organic tea certification, which verifying 10,000 acres of tea gardens and 600 tons products such as black tea, CTC black broken tea, green tea, pu'er tea and pressed tea. Obtaining the certifications from international certification bodies has increased Dianhong Group's reputation and established the company's image, laying a firmer foundation for Dianhong Group to gain a firm foothold in the highly competitive international and domestic market.

    1986

    In 1986, Queen Elizabeth II visited Kunming. At that time, the governors of Yunnan Province presented the “Dianhong Top Class Congou Black Tea” as a national gift to Elizabeth II. Since then, Dianhong black tea has entered the British royal family. It is said that Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom put "Dianhong" in a transparent vessel as an object of appreciation as a treasure.

    1939

    In 1939, Mr. Feng Shaoqiu successfully experimented with Dianhong black tea in Shunning Experimental Tea Factory in Fengqing, Yunnan. At the beginning of its birth, British tea merchants sold their first batch of Dianhong black tea through Hong Kong to London. At the tea auction in London, Yunnan Dianhong Tea made its highest tea auction record at the highest price of 800 pence.
